Do you supply and fit flooring?
Yes, we provide a complete supply and fit service. All flooring is fitted by our experienced team, ensuring quality workmanship from start to finish.

Can I take samples home?

Fitting time depends on the size of the area and the type of flooring. We’ll always give you a clear timeframe in advance.
Do you move furniture?
We can assist with basic furniture moving where possible. For larger items, we can include a price in your estimate.
Do you remove old flooring?
Yes, we offer an uplift and dispose service for your existing flooring. This can be included in your estimate.
Are your fitters qualified and insured?
Yes, all fitting is carried out by our fully experienced, insured team for your complete peace of mind.
Do you offer warranty or guarantees?
All our products come with manufacturer warranties.
How far do you cover?
We primarily cover the North East of England. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just ask - we’ll always try to help.

I have a fitter; do you provide flooring only?
Yes, we can provide you with a supply only deal.
I have a carpet already; do you provide a fitting only service?
Unfortunately, we do not provide this service, but we’d be happy to help you source your perfect flooring in store.
